This is the relationship between the physical impact scales and the sample. More specifically, it is the relationship between the “ruler” of physical functioning measured by the 20 items of the MSIS-29v1 physical impact subscale items (lower histogram) and the distribution of physical impact measurements in the sample (upper histogram). This simple plot gives vast information. First, it tells us about the suitability of the study sample for evaluating the performance of the scale and the suitability of the scale for measuring physical impact in the study sample.

Neurological Disability Scale (GNDS/UKNDS (26)), the MS Quality of Life Inventory (MSQLI (27)), and the health-related quality of life questionnaire for MS (HRQoL-MS (28)).
